Refund Policy
Returns Policy:
To initiate a return request, please contact us at: info.giffygo@gmail.com.
Our return policy is valid for 7 days from the date of delivery. You can initiate a return request within this period by emailing us at the address provided above.
Exchanges:
If your order arrives defective, damaged, or doesn't meet your expectations, we offer the option to exchange the product for the same or another item from our store.
Our exchange policy is also valid for 7 days from the date of delivery.

Please note that the time it takes for the exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on your location.
Return Shipping:
We will arrange for a return pickup from the original delivery address. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in its original packaging. Please also return any freebies that were included with the order.
Refunds:
Refunds will be processed once your return is received and inspected at our warehouse. This process will take a maximum of 7 days from the date we receive the returned goods. We will notify you via email or WhatsApp once we have received the returned item.
If everything is in order, your refund will be processed, and the amount will be refunded to your original payment method for prepaid orders. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, we will request your bank account details to credit the refund to your account.

Prepaid Orders (via UPI, Credit/Debit Card, or Net Banking): Refunds will be credited to the same account used for the payment within 3-5 working days.

COD Orders: We will ask for your bank details to process the refund.
Please note that cash-on-delivery charges and shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.
Important Notes:
For defective, damaged, incomplete, or wrong orders, we request you to inform us within 48 hours of receiving the product, along with an unboxing video of the item.

To report defective or incorrect products, please email info.giffygo@gmail.com and follow the instructions for uploading images.

The video should clearly show the defective or missing part of the jewelry, and the original labels and tags should remain intact.

Ensure the video is clear, highlighting the damaged or defective area.
We require a 360-degree unboxing video of the parcel to proceed with the request. Insufficient evidence or visible signs of tampering may result in the claim not being honored. In such cases, the brand reserves the right to make the final decision.

Requests raised after 48 hours of receiving the order may not be processed.
Return and Exchange at Order Level:
Please note that returns and exchanges will be processed at the order level, not on a product-by-product basis.
Missing Items in Return Orders:
If you claim to have returned multiple products, but the pickup does not include all items, we reserve the right to deduct the full MRP of the missing product from the refund amount. This applies to promotional items, including but not limited to free gifts.
Availability for Reverse Pickup:
Once you’ve booked a return request, please ensure that you’re available for the reverse pickup. You must answer calls from the delivery partner. If you’re unavailable or fail to answer, the delivery partner may cancel the reverse pickup, and the process will need to be reinitiated, extending the overall timeline.
Non-Serviceable Pin Codes:
While most pin codes are serviceable for both forward and reverse shipping, some locations may only offer forward service. If your pin code is non-serviceable for reverse pickup, we may request you to return the product via an alternate courier service, such as India Post. In such cases, we will reimburse reasonable shipping costs up to INR 70.
If the return shipping cost exceeds INR 70, the excess amount will be deducted from the refund. In cases where the pin code is non-serviceable, the customer is responsible for returning the item to our warehouse, and they will receive INR 70 towards shipping costs as part of the refund.
Special Offer Products:
Items purchased during special promotions, contests, clearance sales, or any other special schemes are not eligible for return or replacement.
Combo/Gift Box Items:
Individual jewelry items within a combo or gift box cannot be replaced or returned.
